Sunshine Coast Airport or as it is sometimes called Maroochydore Airport is the gateway to the Sunshine Coast and is located just 10 minutes from Coolum on Friendship Ave Marcoola Sunshine Coast and just an hours drive approx from Brisbane the capital of Queensland Australia.

The 3 main carriers that service the airport are Jetstar, Virgin Blue and Tiger Airways, the airport is owned and operated by Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
